Toops
- Linda Toops is a leading authority in business operations improvement. Her projects

change. She is a coach to executives seeking expertise in maximizing the success and
profitability of business transformations.
Ms. Toops career began at IBM. She joined Bricker & Associates in 1992 and coauthored
the firms methodology. When Bricker was acquired in 1998, Ms. Toops was named
President, Keane Consulting Group and Senior VP, Keane, Inc. In 2003 Ms. Toops founded
Clerestory Consulting LLC.
Ms. Toops is a trustee of the Goodman Theatre and a board member of Illinois Business
Consulting at the University of Illinois. Ms. Toops is also a member of The
Executives Club of Chicago.

Balon
- Robert Balon has an extensive background leading companies through significant change.

He has led innovative engagements in a variety of industries, including financial
services, manufacturing, healthcare, media, entertainment, and government. Mr. Balon
advises corporate boards and executives on ensuring critical initiatives deliver results.
Before founding Clerestory Consulting LLC in 2003, Mr. Balon was formerly a Senior Vice
President of Bricker & Associates and Keane Consulting Group. Mr. Balon also held
prior leadership positions with Price Waterhouse and Pansophic Systems. He holds a BS in
Industrial Engineering from Purdue University and is a member of the National Association
of Corporate Directors and The Executives Club of Chicago.

Michelle
D. Kerr
- Michelle Kerr is sought for her expertise in organizational development and human
resources process design. Her projects have covered a wide variety of industries,
including financial services, manufacturing, information technology, and professional
services.
Before founding Clerestory Consulting LLC, Ms. Kerr held leadership positions at Bricker
& Associates, Platinum Technology, and UARCO. At Bricker, she created and refined
portions of the firms methodology, led organizational development, training, and
recruiting. She holds a BS in Marketing from Ball State University and a Masters degree in
Organization Design from Loyola University. Ms. Kerr is the President of the Junior League
of Chicago and a member of The Economic Club of Chicago.

Daniel
J. Rustin
- Daniel Rustin has 25 years of experience in strategic planning, business process
redesign, project management, and executive coaching. Mr. Rustins portfolio of
successful initiatives includes groundbreaking projects with electronic trading firms,
financial institutions, media/entertainment companies, and government agencies, including
the U.S. Department of Defense.
Currently a Principal of Clerestory Consulting LLC, Mr. Rustin formerly led the Global
Financial Services Practice for Keane, Inc., and was Client Partner at Cambridge
Technology Partners. He also held prior leadership positions at Technology Solutions
Company, Gemini Consulting, and the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.
Mr. Rustin has a BBA from the University of Iowa and an MBA from the J.L. Kellogg Graduate
School of Management, Northwestern University. He is a member of The Executives Club
of Chicago and the University of Iowa Lettermans Club.

Wick
- John Wick has more than 30 years of experience implementing process and technology
change. He specializes in customer facing processes for financial service companies and
financial processes for companies in a variety of industries.
Mr. Wick has led successful engagements and transformation efforts with global banks,
insurance companies, service bureaus, and manufacturers. Before founding Clerestory
Consulting LLC, Mr. Wick was the Chief Financial Officer for Bricker & Associates and
Keane Consulting Group. He is also the former President of a private accounting firm,
serving as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a Certified Information Systems Auditor
(CISA).
Mr. Wick holds a BA in Accounting from North Central College and is a Six Sigma Black
Belt.
