As founding principal and managing partner of Clerestory, Linda Toops is a leading authority in business operations improvement and organization design. She is an advisor to her clients on strategy attainment and business transformation. Linda partners with her clients to simplify complex decisions and projects through collaboration and creativity. Linda is a frequent speaker on topics pertaining to staff development and motivation. Prior to founding Clerestory, she served as president of Bricker & Associates, Inc. (renamed Keane Consulting Group post-1998 acquisition). During her tenure at the firm (1992-2003), the consultancy grew from a $2.4M Chicago-based firm to a national $46M firm. As a 15-year executive with IBM, she managed multi-million dollar national accounts and led global client change initiatives. She has worked extensively in Financial Services, Insurance, Manufacturing, Technology and Professional Services.
Linda holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Muskingum College in Ohio, and has completed Executive Development programs at both Harvard Business School and Georgia State University. She is Six Sigma Black Belt certified.

Michelle Kerr is a founding principal and partner of Clerestory Consulting. Michelle is an authority in the fields of organization design, operations improvement, executive project management and HR process design. Michelle has led numerous efforts to align corporate strategy with investments in technology and human capital with an emphasis on companies involved in large-scale transformations. Michelle's projects maximize the success and profitability of change efforts.
Michelle began her consulting career at UARCO, Inc., and joined Bricker & Associates, Inc. in 1997, where she refined the firm’s methodology, and led organizational development, training, and recruiting. When Bricker was acquired in 1998 by Keane Consulting Group (KCG), she was named Vice President and helped the firm grow to a 150-person consultancy with offices in Chicago, Boston, Denver and Washington. She has worked extensively in Manufacturing, Technology, Non-Profit and Professional Services.
Michelle has a Master of Science in Organization Design from Loyola University and a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Ball State University. She is Six Sigma Black Belt certified.

John Wick, a Clerestory founding principal and partner, has more than 25 years of experience as a CPA and in leading consulting engagements for insurance companies, banks and other financial institutions. John is a skilled Program Manager and is sought after for his expertise in implementing process and technology solutions with a focus on bottom line results. Prior to Clerestory, John was a Vice President with Keane Consulting Group, formerly Bricker & Associates, Inc. He also possesses a deep understanding of financial audit and information technology audit concepts, having owned a CPA firm. John has worked in the Financial Services, Insurance, Manufacturing, Technology, Professional Services, and Healthcare industries.
John has Bachelor of Arts degrees in Accounting from Northwestern University and North Central College. He is a Certified Public Accountant, a Certified Information Systems Auditor, a Certified Project Management Professional, and is Six Sigma Black Belt certified.
