The Organizational Effectiveness team constantly expands the development opportunities available to Clerestory consultants.  From day one, consultants are engaged in a variety of programs designed to help them best serve our clients.  Offerings range from Lunch-and-Learn sessions on the Neuroscience of Change to firm-wide training sessions featuring guest speakers.  The strength of Clerestory comes from our team, and spending time together reinforces our culture.

Tracy’s ClereSTORY

Tracy came to Clerestory with more than a decade of professional experience managing accounting operations for Post-Merger Integrations.  Today, almost 20-years later, Tracy is a Vice President, a thought leader, and a pillar of our culture.  We asked Tracy to tell us her reasons for staying at Clerestory.  This is what she shared:
